As far as YOU is concerned,it seems it uses guns for it shot Silver,but he became frozen,but then again,it could've been a freeze bullet,this person sure has a attitude and it seems to have a army,probably a government official,maybe a high-ranking agent?

Who could that be?

One who uses guns,has a attitude and is government official? You know,it could be Shadow you know,but hey,who knows,it's just a guess. :P

Sorry for the late post, but here's:
Chapter 34: The Hedgehog and the Agent

Surrounding Sonic was a troop with rocket shoes and an entire army of animals behind him, carrying freeze rays. The commander of the animals was none other than Sonic's rival, Shadow. "Shadow!" Sonic cried.
Shadow, looking at Sonic with a quiet, stern look, replied "Sonic the Hedgehog. My former partner, and now, my ENEMY!"
Shadow fired a Chaos Spear at Sonic when he said "ENEMY!" Sonic dodged the spear and asked "Enemy? I'm not your enemy."
"Hmph. If you were smart enough, than you would remember what happened 2 years ago."
"A two year grudge? Have you ever gotten over it?"
"That's not of your CONCERN!" As soon as Shadow said "CONCERN!," he fired two Chaos Spears. Sonic dodged both, and asked "Can we settle this on the ground?"
Thinking, Shadow turned around and told his troops "Go back to the base. This is MY mission."
The troops replied with a basic "Yes, sir," and flew back to a base.
Shadow turned off his rocket boots's flying mechanism, and landed on the ground, challenging Sonic.

The fight started with Shadow throwing more Chaos Spears at Sonic, but this time a 5 way spread shot. Sonic quickly reacted and dodged the spears. Shadow then used his powers to teleport locations. Sonic tried to keep up with Shadow by following his teleports, but couldn't keep up, and Shadow teleported him from behind, kicking Sonic to the ground. Sonic quickly recovered from the attack, and targeted the ground. Shadow then teleported some more, but this time, but was more frequent. Sonic waited for a good chance to catch Shadow, and knock him to the ground. But Sonic realized that he had to hide from Shadow, so he hid from behind a small box. After a series of teleports, Shadow lost vision sight of Sonic. Sonic quietly came toward Shadow with a Homing Attack. However, the attacked missed since Shadow teleported from behind Sonic, and unleashed a barrage of punches and kicks. Shadow than kicked Sonic to the side of the outside hospital wall, and Sonic was covered in bruises and was nearly coughing up blood. Shadow walked up to him, looking down at Sonic's face, said. "This is for GUN!"
Shadow unleashed a Chaos Spear into Sonic's chest, with Sonic collapsing. Sonic, was defeated, but Shadow the Hedgehog.

A phone rang in Shadow's pocket. He answered it, and it came from an unknown voice. "Shadow, was your mission a success?"
"Yes it was. The hedgehog is dead. I repeat, dead."
"Excellent. Go back to the base ASAP."
"Yes sir."
Shadow cut off the connection, and teleported out of the hospital roof.

As soon as Shadow left, a strange victim looked around the roof. The victim saw Sonic, and Aqua on the ground, possibly dead. The victim also saw Silver frozen. The victim grabbed all 3 hedgehogs, and put them inside the hospital.

I'm guessing,in this dimension,Sonic did something to the GUN commander or something or someone related to GUN or possibly even Maria 2 years ago.

Chapter 35: The Green Rose

After Sonic's fight with Shadow, Sonic woke up to a surprising discovery. He woke up with no bruises, no blood marks, and no cuts. What happened? Sonic thought to himself. Sonic got out of his room, and saw Aqua and Silver talking to each other. Both looked at Sonic and greeted him.
"You OK?" Aqua asked.
"Oddly enough, I feel fine. Doctor, can you explain what happened?"
Silver begun by saying "It was the Green Rose Aqua wanted."
"Green Rose?" Sonic asked.
"Yes." Silver continued "The Green Rose, like the Super Emerald, is able to heal any condition, other than death."
"Isn't it the same thing?"
"Yes. Both share the same value, but when merged together, they can bring somebody back to life."
Looking at Aqua, Sonic said "So that's why you wanted the Green Rose. You want to bring Cream back to life."
"I do." Aqua said "I feel so bad for killing Cream, that I want to help her."
"Silver, can you give Aqua the Super Emerald, and the Green Rose."
"I have the Emerald, but not the rose."
"What!?" Sonic and Aqua said together.
"The reason why we are all healing from our conditions is because one of the patients or doctors that works here found us, and used the roses power to heal us."
"But you said it was one at a time." Aqua pointed out.
"True. But after a 2 hour period, the power of the Rose comes back."
"Oh. Well that clears things up." Sonic said.
"Now all we have to do is find the Rose." Aqua said.
All 3 hedgehogs searched the hospital to no end.

But no luck. All 3 hedgehogs came back with disappointing results.
"Did you find it?" Sonic asked.
Both Aqua and Silver shook their heads. "Me neither." Sonic continued "We searched the hospital room by room. Where could it be?"
When all hope seemed to be lost, Silver thought to himself "Blaze!"
"What about Blaze?" Aqua asked.
"Her room was locked." Sonic said.
"Follow me!" Silver said.

When making it to Blaze's room, Silver, using his psychokinesis powers, to knock off the lock and chains covering the room. Upon entering the room, Blaze was gone.
"BLAZE!" All 3 hedgehogs shouted.
"She's escaped!" Sonic cried.
Aqua, looking around the room, found the Green Rose. "Guys, I found it."
Looking at each other, the hedgehogs put the clues together. "Blaze.." Sonic started.
"Was the one who.." Silver continued.
"Saved us." Aqua finished.

After leaving Blaze's room, the hedgehogs went to the Emergency Room to find Cream's body. There, Cream layed down, with her body cold. Silver gave Aqua the red Super Emerald, and the Green Rose. Both flew out of Aqua's hands, floating in the air.
"Super Emerald and Green Rose." Aqua started "Head my call. I have brought you together to resurrect a friend of mine. The bunny on the bed. I plead you to bring her back. If you accept my grant, I thank you with my heart and soul." The emerald and rose flew into the air, and a beam of light was transported into Cream's body. Cream's hands started to move, and her eyes opened. "What happened?" she asked.
Everyone was happy to see that Cream was alive again, and Aqua apologized and explain to Cream what happened to her, and how she was brought back to life. All celebrated, and had fun.

The next day, Sonic and Aqua had to leave the hospital. "You know, battling all 3 of you was fun." Sonic said.
"We may have had a few problems along the way, but we were able to pull through." Knuckles said.
"Have fun on your journey." Silver said.
Sonic and Aqua nodded and ran to the road, back to Knothole.

When making to the entrance of Knothole, Miles came down from the sky to tell Sonic and Aqua some news.
"Sonic! Aqua!"
Both looked up and yelled "Miles!"
Miles crashed landed on the grouns, and got back up.
"What happened?" Aqua asked.
"Knothole's in danger!"
Both hedgehogs ran to Knothole, with Miles following.

This concludes the Hospital Chronicles/Healing Process
