    Not in this game, though I did think the first game had him sound kind of unsure when he said a couple of names.

    By the way, anyone know if this guy and the guy from the last two are the same?

    What I want to know is why everytime he said Eggman's name in the first game he sounded like he was asking a question

    If someone told you to announce someone named Dr. Eggman you'd be confused/unsure too.
