    Unhappy help

    ive been trying for 3 days now to connect to the server and it keeps saying "the server as issued an interrupt request". this never happened to me when i played a few years ago. i havent even been able to play since i bought the membership again and calling xbox didnt help, calling sega didnt help, and sending a ticket hasnt helped. i've already changed my primary DNS to 4.2.2.1 and my secondary DNS to 4.2.2.2 and i've already checked to see if these ports were being forwared: TCP ports 11000-11099, TCP ports 11110-11119, TCP ports 12000-12099, TCP port 12110. And it's all good but it still wont work. someone please help!

    Wow that really sucks, the error you are getting though is "the server has issued an interrupt request" and not something else? Also, this may seem pretty basic but have you tried resetting your router/modem?

    the exact quote of the error message i'm getting is "The server has issued an interrupt request. You have been disconnected from the Phantasy Star Universe Server" and yes i have tried resetting my router and it didn't help. is there anyway to get it to work?

    This is a long shot but try this cuz its worked for me before. Switch off your xbox then reset your router. Wait till its fully reset then start up your xbox. When it loads in check the connection through network setting then hopefully everything Will work. Sorry if this does not help.

    i just tried turning off my xbox, unplugging everything from the xbox, turning off the router, turning on the router, waiting for the router to fully turn on, plugged xbox back in and turned on xbox, started psu and it still brought the error up. any other ideas?

    Just gunna ask check if there is any money in your bank maybe you havent paid the monthly fee.or try use wired connection instead of a wireless. If not it happens to me sometimes what i do is try and join someone off resent players and it works sometimes it wont load cos my internet is very strict so i join someones room try that.

    I would suggest the other stuff but it already has been said. Did psu work fine before? What happened did it just appear randomly? You may have to try another day or something.

    If that was the case he would get an error message saying that he needs to purchase a guardians license, he just simply can't connect to the servers and honestly, I think edward needs to be the one to help him because I am stumped on why he can't get on.

    i know what helps if you switch back to automatic dsn sign on then switch back to manual just try should help i have to do it sometimes.

    when i called xbox they said it was fully paid for and in effect and i know it has been paid for cuz $9.99 has been removed from my bank account and i even checked the bank purchase summary. and i cant do wired connection cuz i dont have an ethernet cable. could i possibly add you and try joining your session? cuz i dont have any psu recent players?
