    Default Expired GUARDIANS Licence

    I got a message from Xbox LIVE saying
    Your subsciption, PSU GUARDIANS License -- one month (recurring) has been suspended because there was a problem with your payment method. To reinstate your subscription, go to Account Management, Memberships and update your payment information
    What happens if i try to fix my payment option? Will i have to pay any fees?
    I was just hopping someone who has experinced this or a GM to give me some information, thanks!

    This happened to me and I had to go on microsoft's billing site, remove all credit cards, and re-add the one I wanted to use.

    Not sure if I'm allowed to post links.. but it's billing.microsoft.com

    Someone remove the link if I'm not allowed.

    Okay, thank you for telling me how to renew the information, but can anyone tell me if there are any fees from SEGA for the GUARDIANS Licence being suspended?
    I'm asking because if there are any fees that can be a problem and i might not be able to get it back for a long time because i don't have more than $10.00 a month laying around, and if there is a fee then they lost allot of money because they may lose a potentially lifetime customer, at least for a few years, that's allot of money lost by SEGA if there's a fee.
    I truly hope fee or no fee i can get PSU back.

    You might want to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They should be able to help you out since they handle all of the billing issues.

    Okay, thank you for all the help on how to get it back, but i need to know if i will get any fees from SEGA for this misunderstanding with the credit card when i get it back.
    So when i try to get PSU back will SEGA charge me a fee for the suspension of my GUARDIANS License?

    I think only MS can answer that question, that is why I mentioned you should call XBox. It would be quicker than waiting for someone who might have had the same problem to see this post and reply to it. But it's up to you.

    Thank you very much for your help, i highly appreciate it, but i can't get PSU back yet anyway, i just wanted to have some answers before i am able to get it back.

    Okay, i'm trying to do this, I don't see an option to remove credit card. Id apreciate some help and id like to get this done in the next two and a half hours.

    It used to just have an x next to each credit card that would delete them, but I don't see that now. Your best bet is to call Microsoft, have all the credit cards removed, then add the one you plan on using through the dashboard.
