I have recently bought this game for PC after information I've read on wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logitech_Driving_Force_GT) that says it's compatible with the game. It says that:

"Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (cars only) Requires patch version 1.2 - Supported only for Windows Vista and 7."

The problem is that I can't find any patch 1.2 for the game/wheel. The information is reproduced on many pages so my question is - is it really possible to use this steering wheel with this game or is that just a fake info. Does such patch/fix/update exist?
