Hi guys, controller for pc

I play vt4 with the Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2!!!
It doesnt feel so smooth, I don't realy know when to hit while running cause I miss the shot like with a delay!

After I go online after a couple games I lose the ability to scroll the menues with the joistick\buttons whatever
Only when I restart the game it comes back

And why does sometimes the message to the player dont work at the game itself

Why don't you use Xbox controller with your PC?

If you don't have an Xbox controller available, I recommend downloading x360ce. It can emulate any PC controller to run as a 360 controller; Many PC games are tailored to run with 360 controllers which is why you may be having trouble. Sonic Generations PC was often unresponsive or glitchy without x360ce and I didn't have a 360 controller.
