PSO2 - Cash shop thread

You get 1 character to play free , but you have to pay in arks cash for any others , up to 12. That's 12 per ship , how many ships I don't know. Updated first post.

Your max char number among whole ships are 12.

• Players can purchase 30 day My Room Rentals
• Two kinds of Arks Scratch, one that has costumes, and the other has costumes and consumption items.
• There’s also a free Gacha called FUN Scratch, that uses FUN points.
• You can get things like room items and cash items.
• You can collect FUN points through player evaluations.
• Like for example you can say “Good Job” to someone else and that will increase both of the players’ Fun points.

Also to BGO pso never had a shop or room so no worries , it did have trading though ;/.

Am I the only one who's not happy with this? :/ I've sunk over a thousand hours into various PS/PSU/PSP titles, and I was really hyped for this one... But paying for boosted drop rates? That just rubs me the wrong way :/ I may still check it out in the end, but I honestly don't really care anymore.

Well, instead of paying a monthly subscription, you could pay it into boosted drop rates when you have the spare cash, and farm normally when you don't. At least it's not a "have the whole game or have nothing" situation.

I see your point; you're worried about people with loads of disposable income "practically buying gear" (am I right?), but as many others have stated, there is no monthly subscription for this game. You can put it toward whatever you want when you can. Rooms, boosted EXP rates, boosted drop rates (when you level cap!), or whatever else you want. And it's all completely optional. It's not like there's going to be a paid "make certain drops available" option, like DLC weapon packs on shooter games. And when money gets tight for a while, at least you can keep your recreation. Everybody needs to unwind.

I totally agree. I would much rather have optional purchases that you can buy any time you wish, than have a monthly subscription that you're pretty much forced into buying if you wish to experience the full game. It also allows friends to try the full experience without either having to be free course or try a demo.

It's going to be a monthly subscription $10-15.

The game is free, you already pay a sub for PSU, so this is no different. They just advertised it as F2P primarily which is a mistake, but meh, it's all good now.

Even if that is the case, the better way to market the game is F2P. Definitely no mistake.
