    I'm trying to figure out if my GPU is bottlenecking my CPU? can someone help me out here?

    my specs are Intel Pentium D Processor 820 @ 2.8 GHz, 4GBs of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti.

    can someone PLEASE tell me?

    CPU is necking your GPU. Pentium D is a very old CPU and its on a rather old chipset.

    Low Bus speeds and bandwidth, etc.
