Status code 9019048 is the error message my brother has gotten for the past 4 days now... We've already called 1-800-4MY-XBOX and the only thing they were good for was telling me to call back! I know I have no balances due on the billing side and I have tried multiple suggestions posted on the forums for Xbox as well as PSU. This is very frustrating that no one seems to know what the issue could be. Can anyone shed some light on this subject here?
