Hi guys,
I have a question regarding Sega's customer support. How long is the response time on reactivated help tickets usually? When I originally opened the ticket I got a response by the next day. But later I found my problem still wasn't resolved so I reopened the ticket. It's been 3 days since then. Has my ticket been overlooked, or placed at the bottom of the queue, or am I just being impatient?
