    Post Reactivated Tickets

    Hi guys,
    I have a question regarding Sega's customer support. How long is the response time on reactivated help tickets usually? When I originally opened the ticket I got a response by the next day. But later I found my problem still wasn't resolved so I reopened the ticket. It's been 3 days since then. Has my ticket been overlooked, or placed at the bottom of the queue, or am I just being impatient?

    on the 5th day now. Still no response. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

    They don't respond on weekends.

    Some of the admins were in Boston last week for PAX East. It may take a day or two for them to get caught back up on everything.
