    Default A problem with the DLC of brand new bought Yakuza 3

    I bought Yakuza 3 brand new from the biggest gaming shop in my town. I know the game was released 2-3 years ago, but I wanted to complete my collection, I`ve already bought Yakuza 1 and 4, brand new too.
    So
    For my bad surprise it happened that the UNIQUE DOWNLOAD CODE does not work. I am using an UK account and the game is region 2 (european), but I got a message saying "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid". However it should be still valid because it is written that it must be downloaded by 28/03/2015.
    This DLC is for boss survival and Haruka`s trust.
    What should I do ? I`ve already wrote to SEGA yesterday, but still do not get an answer.

    Send SEGA a support ticket - unless that is what you mean when you wrote to SEGA.

    Then wait a week. They don't respond asap.

    What is it a support ticket ? Can you explain me in details what exactly should I do. Thanks in advance
