What do you guys think of the Episode Metal announcement?

It's a good marketing strategy. I don't know how fond I'll be personally to go back to episode 1, but someone actually told me today that theyre gonna buy both episodes when e2 comes out because he's got a thing for metal sonic. Easy money for Sega.

I don't understand why we need a game staring Metal Sonic, but hey it's free so all good I guess.
I would of thought a Episode Tails would be cooler.

I think it's a very nice gift for those who payed for episode 1 and were planning on buying episode 2. I never thought of buying episode 1 because I just don't like it (no intention to argue here), but if Episode Metal is cool enough, I guess I'll buy it.

It would be nice to have a package with both episodes for a lower price

I too worry about it using Episode 1 levels although hopefully they will be much better designed than they were originally.

Metal Sonic can use the spin attack in this can't he? I mean technically he can't so I hope he won't just be Sonic cloned. I want him to at least have that glowing electric attack !
