Phantom R in all starts Idea DLC

ok eveone this is my 1th post on here and I think Phantom R from Rhythm Thief in sonic and saga all stars raceing as DLC and his all star is he starts running and when he gets to a northa racer he strike a pose and sends them in a spin then when the move is done he jumps and Fondo hes dog gets his car under him then he rubs his head saying "good boy" and the car is called the Rhythm-o-bile

*as a quick note I know my spelling is bad pleas don't bane on at me about it thank you*

Sega isn't doing DLC anymore(for the original), but they are making a Sonic and Sega all-stars racing 2! There are plenty of threads on here discussing it, I think Phantom R would be a great addition to the roster!

I sure do hope Phantom R/Raphael gets into Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing 2.
