Who deserves their own game, Waluigi or Silver?

I was reading on Wikipedia and I heard that Charles Martinet, the voice of both Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi, said that he would be interested in having Waluigi in his own game. Now, Charles, I know you're a nice guy and all, but what would make you think that Waluigi deserves his own game? Waluigi is mostly hated by critics (something from Mario being hated? what a shock!) and the chances of that are rather slim.

On the flip side, we have Silver the Hedgehog, another hated character (but what else would you expect from critics and Modern Sonic?) who fans are pushing to be in his own game. I would actually like to see that, but the chances of that are even smaller. Sega tried giving Shadow his own game, and it looks like they will never go down that road again.

So what do you think? Who deserves their own self-titled game the most? Waluigi? or Silver?

If i had to choose between a game with Waluigi and a game with Silver the Hedgehog i think i would pick a game with Big The Cat.

For me, I'd much rather see Waluigi get a game because he's been around longer,(can you believe Waluigi's over a decade old?), his game would almost certainly be a humorous one, and because out of all the plumber characters, he's definitely my favorite.

Besides I'm critical of critics. Anything that's going to drive them up a wall, I want to see happen!

Silver should get his own game. I feel sorry for him being the only one of The Triple S not to have his own game. I would really like to see what SEGA could do with him.
