If you compare the 4 mth time period, 3ds did way better despite having a poor start as well. BTW, PSP also did way better than the vita in the first 4 mth. Vita on the other hand is a wreck, and things are not looking so good in a year either judging from what is coming out. Just another fanboy...

You're only talking about sales, because the Vita almost unanimously had the better launch lineup.

In fact, I believe it's Nintendo's fault the Vita isn't selling so well. Mostly because of a few months later they had a massive price drop and burned a hell of a lot of consumers, only to compensate with some Ambassador program. I wouldn't be too surprised if people are expecting the same out of the Sony because of that...

...But it won't happen, since Sony has no reason to drop the price of the hardware any further.

The only one sounding like a fanboy here is yourself. This handheld is four months old (two in Western territories) so you don't have any argument or anything to say on the outlook because it makes absolutely no sense to come to conclusions this early.
