A rival race where you play as Joe Musashi racing against Vyse.
Or a knockout race where you play as Eggman trying to outrun Sonic and his friends (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Blaze, and Silver).
Also, Boss Battles! Again, one from each franchise.

Sonic: Classic Dr. Robotnik or a enormous Motobug
I was thinking either Egg Beetle, Egg Devil Ray, or Egg Lancer.
1. Gilius Mission: Death Adder Strikes Back! (Play as Gilius, and race against Adder in the Golden Axe track.. it will also be the boss battle)
2. Vyse (or) Joe: Pirates VS. Ninjas (Race with the two you can play as, and score your victory to the finish to claim the finish!
3. Vyse Mission: Skies the Limit (Play as Vyse, and try to go through the big ring to score points!
4. AiAi Mission: Top Banana! (Race as AiAi to show your worth of the Top Banana against Amigo)

1. Ristar Mission #1: King of the All-Stars! (Play as Ristar on a Knockout Mission to stay up first, and prove your titles worthy)
2. Axel Stone Mission: Raging the Streets (Drift as Axel Stone to prove how you can show how to rage the Streets!)
A flying battle against Silver as Sonic/Shadow.
Race a Skies boss with Vyse.
A boss fight against Neff would be awesome too.
