    eating hearts and brains of animals is actually quite common.

    chicken heart, beef heart, taste good.

    And brains have a lot of fat and fatty things often taste good. Fat is flavor.


    And yes, If I needed to survive and my only choice was a human heart and/or brain I'd eat it. Since chances are I already ate the rest of the human.
