Whenever I start up the app, the screen turns white and the game crashes. I tried contacting the support service, but all I got was an email telling me to perform a hard reset (and to re-install the game). Nothing worked.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm using an iPhone 3GS ... Horrible loading times and horrible framerate, but no crashes.

I would have said re-install the app. I've had to do that before with some apps and Sonic games I have on there. It worked. But it seems to be not working for you. Strange.
