Well E3 is over and Sega continues to ignore everyone that asks about the game. If they're worried that the game won't sell well here for the original July release, they're only hurting their own sales for when they eventually release it since so many fans have decided to import due to Sega's impetuousness.
It's very disappointing to see Sega completely ignoring everyone who asks questions about the game. The very least they could do is tell us the release is up in the air for now, or that it will be released at some point.
Looking like we're going to have to import it. The game is fully localized, so if you import the Japanese version it includes all of the language options. So since you can change the text and everything else to English, Sega's incompetence doesn't have to stop anyone from fully enjoying the game.
Just to note, Anarchy Reigns has been delayed to Q1 2013.

I highly doubt we'll get a reason as to why its being delayed to Q1 of 2013, but I am disappointed with this choice.

PS3 + Xbox360 versions are region-free. I suggest importing. P+ has even suggested importing (not on their official channels of course).
