Anywho, I've got my shotguns leveled now and wanted to know which to do next, I'm thinking twin pistols

After leveled Rifles PA's I'd say Laser Cannons for the big-ish group enemies.
(can't say whats the best place to level them though because I leveled mine while leveling my character >.>)

Shotguns, Laser Cannons, rifles, twin pistols. This is the best order to level your PA's. Laser cannons are definitely one of the most important things you should have leveled for GM. I hardly ever use rifles except for the occasional knock back. I NEVER use twin pistols because there are very very few situations which actually are good for using them. Lasers are also a lot easier because of the delpi pit on VM and it could help you get them to 21 extremely quick.

Get your shotties to 31 get your lazers to 41 take fire and dark rifles to 41 for SE and your twins ice, fire ad lightning to at least 31. Shotguns lvl on there own and rifles aren really needed but for a few nock down points. YOu will want them all 50 at some point but for starters those are the mains.

up/r is fine to level your gm pas. if you're doing rifles/twins, break some of the rubble and spam you shots on the spawn in a safe spot. they'll just run up against the walls, so you won't need to keep repositioning. also there is a red gate behind some rubble. if you break that, you can spam lasers through the gate at the deljaben. they'll bunch up against the gate so you'll hit a lot of multiples each shot, helping your pas to level faster.

i'd say since you did your shotties, work on getting your lasers up and your rifles next. twins are situational so they may not be as essential as the others. i would do them last.
