    Your post is really informative. No need to post your rig specs, operative system, etc in order to get some help right?

    My OS is vista and i dont know how to get specs and etc...

    Go start - Accessories - RUN, and in there you type "dxdiag" without the (").

    Now you start telling me things you see in the "system" and "screen" tabs.

    Out of curiosity. Are you trying to play this game on a laptop or something crappy like that?, because If so don't bother posting your specs; the game either will run like or won't run at all.

    Spot on - you can hit "Save all Information" and post the following two sections:

    System Information

    Display Devices

    This should give us a good sense of what your computer is running and what the game might have an interference with. I'm betting on drivers or specs, usually the first two things I look for in any PC technical problem on my own machine.

    Also, our good folks at http://help.sega.com offer official support for all SEGA games - they are always on hand to help out.
