I find AOSTH to be boring.

I admit I wasn't big on him using disguises all the time, otherwise I liked him as a bit of a wacky trickster that had to use his smarts on occasion rather than just pwning everyone with his powers like in Sonic X. Outside of that he actually seemed a fair bit like his current games counterpart, wacky and extremely cocky, but far more playful and mellowed out about it compared to his more arrogant alternates at the time like in SatAm and STC.
And for the record, I like to watch Family Matters too.
Is AOSTH the one with the "Sonic Says" at the end, or the one with Sally that actually looks like they put forth some effort?
AOSTH stands for "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog", and it's the cartoon with the Sonic Sez segments at the end. According to your comment, you must like Sonic SatAM better (SatAM is the cartoon with Sally). Is AOSTH the one with the "Sonic Says" at the end, or the one with Sally that actually looks like they put forth some effort?
To be honest, the first episode that I watched was the Christmas Blast episode, and I kind of face-palmed through the whole thing. However, I eventually watched an episode on Youtube, and, although it was still goofy as heck, I actually kind of laughed at certain parts. I guess in order to enjoy AOSTH, the viewer has to be in the mood for something that isn't so serious.
Lovesick Sonic was a rather creepy episode though!
Manic the Hedgehog is awesome!
Adventures is one of my fave Sonic cartoons! At least it gave us the "Pingas" meme!
To be fair the latter only puts forth said effort into Sally for the most part. AoSth isn't much better in terms of quality and does have it's own spotlight stealing squad (Scratch and Grounder may as well be Villain Protagonists), but at least it gives focus to Tails and such and Sonic isn't downgraded to make the other characters work like he is in some of the other shows.
