Marine. I like the whole Tanuki/Kitsune thing. Plus Marine foils Tails more serious nature.

Another candiate would be Rouge due to the "flying foxes" thing.

So far Fiona Fox and Cosmo. I don't read the comics, but I know his relationship with Fiona is iffy. Cosmo however is his same age, and Tails defended her and they loved each other back, and before he was forced to kill her, Tails said "I love you".

Cosmo adds a nice depth to Tails personality though that I like. They are both shy, so it isn't a spotlight stealer of Sonic and Amy.

Some people pair him with Cream, but they do that onpy because theu are both young and yellow. TBH cream goes better with Charmy. I never thought it made since for a FOX to like a RABBIT. I know we aren't going by real world logic, but he is better with Cosmo.

As for him being to young, he isn't. Not for serious relationship, but for a cute romantic one like Tails and Cosmo he is fine.

Basically, Sonic has Amy
Knuckles has Rouge occasionally
Tails has Cosmo.

I'm not against this mind you, but Sonic X and Archie both seemed to have a knack for making Tails and romance... totally not work. XD
