Default question about shift and trick

I know that shift and trick are affected by skill lvl and int.

lvl affects success rate while int affects the % of shift/trick.

My question is, does int affect the success rate of shift/trick.

thanks for looking. I tried to search for answer, but didn't find any.

no, it doesn't otherwise you would've only hve to have a lv1 skill and pump full int on it, a mob like for example SR sylph would only need it's base skill to be overpowered

INT only affects how powerfull the shifts/tricks will be, thats why your most important shifts/tricks should be casted from your mob with most INT (usualy the mob that cast Mind Shift)

be advised that shift/tricks casted from higher cost mobs (2,5 - 3,0) and rarity will be much more powerfull comparing to if you cast the same shift/trick with a mob with the same INT but cost of 1,0 or 1,5-2,0
