Take this information with a huge pinch of salt, but we’ve just been told that Sony is working on a T.V. commercial for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and it includes a blond-haired character that wears goggles.

The information comes from a games blogger on Wordpress who claims that his source is a model working on the advert.

He writes…

“A TV commercial is being filmed in Los Angeles at the moment and my source who is a model and also an extra for the shoot is feeding me really good info via text. From what she has gathered, they are currently being split in to teams. She was first assigned to “Team Sweet Tooth” however due to her looks she was upgraded to be teamed up with as she wrote in the text message “a guy with blonde hair and goggles”.

So, let’s throw this open: who could this be?

Cid Highwind from Final Fantasy VII has been mentioned - http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Cid_Highwind . However, this must be Jak from Jak & Daxter, right?


Update: We'll put here any updates from people who are currently furiously searching Google for any videogame character with blond hair and goggles. This part in the ad is being played by a man remember.

It's extremely obvious that Jak and Daxter will be in the game...There is absolutely no reason to not put them in it.
