coming in to say that xbox and ps has better pinball games......really? Anyway, I think that the controller will be used effectively by farsight. From what I've played of their games I've liked. But then again I've only played one of their games.

Considering that they had Williams Collection (Also made by Farsight) on Wii in 2007, I'd personally say no.
You're kinda missing the point. Farsight is digitizing actual Pinball tables, and Wii U is going to provide perhaps the most authentic Pinball experience out of the main home consoles. Preserving these tables and being able to play them in the most authentic way possible in digital form is something I think more than a few people will be appreciative of.
Besides, Zen Pinball, the version of Pinball FX that's not on Xbox, is available on the 3DS eShop.
Pinball buffs care about them for reasons I've outlined to MrFranklin, and their Pinball titles have consistently gotten positive reviews; and they've released their games on current generation hardware besides the Wii, so I don't see why they wouldn't develop for PS4/720.
I'm an optimist. Deal with it.

zen pinball is the only console pinball game i play.
This new Justin Timberlake album is good as hell. Fresh in my eardrum.
The ps4/720 aren't coming out any time soon, first of all.
Secondly, you can develop for about the same cost on each console based upon how you're going to use the hardware. If you're going to take full advantage of hardware that's powerful, then, yes, it will be costly.
So, for your sake, if they really will be leaps and bounds ahead of the Wii U, there better be a lot of devs who can scrounge together millions of dollars for a potential sinker if the PS4/720 really are going to get a all of these games that take advantage of their high-end technology to the extent you seem to be hypnotic about.
That said, I don't generally play pinball.
The promise of a pinball game isn't going to be selling any consoles.
The real enemy is your own fear.
Well it's exciting news for me at any rate. Seeing as how I seem to be the only Pinball enthusiast around here (Well sort of; I don't collect actual machines, nor do I plan to, as they require expensive maintenance, and I also have a habit of just jumping into a table without learning where all the goals and secrets are first).
I'm an optimist. Deal with it.

I remember that studio name. I think they did the Genesis version of Action 52.
