Is anyone else experiencing game stability issues..?

Whilst accessimg via 3g I get the white box message telling me I need a 3G / WIFI network.

For the last few days, I've been kicked out doing various things, whilst connected by 3G my game has become unplayable, whilst connected by WIFI the game is slow and unbearable - I don't get kicked, but I spend more time watching the rotating 'busy' timer than actually playing.

I can watch YouTube and other streaming stuff so I'm pretty sure it's not my network provider.

My theory is that, with the new update, all those 500+ alt accounts I reported 4 months ago are now being accessed to increase their pop to 150+ to get the bonus draw. So, when the offer expires, I expect the situation to improve.
This lack of Interest from sega regarding these accounts is disappointing.

This, along with me getting double billing from apple iTunes for CP purchases ( check your iTunes billing guys ) and the weeks it's taken to get an answer from apple, along with segas continued changes to skills has seriousley affected my enjoyment of this game.

I don't post in this forum often, usually whilst between worlds, but not being able to send a despatch for the last 30 minutes has given me the time to do so, not sure if that's a good thing.
