London 2012 Official Game of the Olympics - Reset Records/Savegames

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, but I couldn't find the appropriate one, nor the official forums related to the game, and since this game belongs to SEGA, I'm posting it here. If someone knows the proper place for this thread please move it.

Does anyone know how to delete savegames or reset records? I want to start again, and since I broke a lot of olympic and world records, I want do retry that from scratch. Where is the game save folder, or how can I delete my records in-game? Help please, thanks! I tried uninstalling the game but it didn't work.

PS: Is there anyway to edit teams names outside the game? In-game it doesn't accept special characthers like áàçóõã....

I may have found an answer to your question as I have found my own profile data on my PC for the London 2012 game; but I'd like to ask your help in unlocking all the 8 golden accesories and the 8 national kits too! Have you unlocked all 16 items?
