I'd prefer if they put out a new refreshing game with a new concept instead of re-leases

Yes, it would be like a sequel to Sonic's Ultimate Genesis only this time it is the most complete collection including games from other consoles I was thinking earlier, SEGA probably took out the Game Gear games from SA:DX re-release for a reason. It was either to save space, which I really doubt since game gear games are really light in terms of size anyway, or just in case they wanted to re-release them later separately or as a collection.

It doesn't sound like it would be a big game. If so, PS3 Blu-Ray handles collections perfectly.
