Might be PA boosted. Attack power is just an illusion. Don't trust the scouters, they can hide their power levels.

Yeah but a CSR has like 20% boost with like 1080 ATP.

Doesn't mean it's not worth anything... Rutsularods are dwarfed by the EPDs, but if you find one it's still a good day.

Yeah its 4mil in shops. CSR has dropped to like 45mil as well. Saw one for 30mil earlier on. Gotta get one.
