trouble logging on
when it asks me for my psu id and password i type it in and that very 1st sentence after you click enter after you put in your info,that stays up and doesnt go any further and at one point it did and it still didnt log me on instead i saw error 34 or 38 im not to sure but i know it was one of those so are they updating or something? please help me

That's an annoying error. My only way of beating it so far has been to just keep logging in and eventually you should get in.

Alright cmon man,it happened again and havnt been on like all day i wouldve been 170 by now (3levels away) and been doing s4s so cmon sega-_- whats up with this stupid logging on junk,so can somebody tell what error number 31,38,51,57,34 blah blah is and how can i fix it so i can play my fudging game -_- i am upset i cant play so can a GM help me or somebody who knows please and ty

Try doing a system restore. Where you see the calendar, pick a previous date when psu was working.
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
