Hmm, looking at the big promo art image makes me smile and no, it's not becuase there is a lack of archie characters on it, it's the idea that once again the advertisement lies if indeed not every featured character will make an appearence.
Then again, it is in Mega Man 4 I believe that Wily messes around with Time Travel, so maybe Bass will show up.
