    Are Axel, Blaze, Adam and Skate part of the story on this Capcom, Namco Bandai and Sega crossover game?

    Not sure, but Bruno from Dynamite Deka and Busujima from Zombie Revenge are in the game. Bahn from Fighting Vipers was just announced to be in the game too.
