Thread: Something odd with my billing.

Default Something odd with my billing.

I started up premium on June 22nd and I cancelled premium on July 27 when I cancelled it said that I had up to the 31st of July to play premium. Comes the first of august and sure enough I couldnt play premium anymore.

So today I check my bank statement and I see that sega charged me 13 dollars on the 4th of august, yet I had already cancelled and to amke matters worse i'm still on the free play mode!!

Now my question is simple. Do I need to call my bank and ask them to block sega so that they wont keep charging me even though I already cancelled the service?

This is what it says on my bank statement just so that you guys can see.

i thought u had to pay for 3 months before u could cancel?
Sega has hired all these XBL and PSN hackers to give both parties a bad name so they cane rise above the mess and introduce the unhackable Dreamcast 2 to the public.

No it's only two months. And I had this same problem the first time I started premium. Each time you start paying for premium, they will charge you for at least two months. And if you cancel after one month, they will charge you again the next month, but not give you premium. That's what happened to me and that's why my dad wouldn't let me get premium ever again -.-

So what do I do now? Are they just gonna keep charging me or is that it?

If this is the last payment then w/e I guess. I just dont want to keep getting charged for a agme that's dead and that's getting taken down soon.

Man I could have used those 13 dollars for Arks Cash in PSO2 ><

If you have already canceled and been billed twice then they won't bill you again.

I would say just call the bank and tell them not to accept the charges from them anymore... The servers are going down and we're going to have a free month at the end of August anyway

I don't know if this would work for everyone but my bank offers a visa card just for this. Its just $1.50 to load it and they can't take out more then whats on the card. Really good for online games or purchases if you do a lot of shopping. I know people have talked about using green dot cards but I think they charge more.

I've had this happen to me many times, it usually charges me then it refunds me after a while... Like a few months.
