The title says it all. I was wondering just what everyone is doing now, that everyone has had time to adjust not being able to play MLBMO.
I will start first. I am currently in a clan on World of Tanks and am grinding my way up to soviet american german and french tier 10s. It is something that I currently enjoy, and is rewarding enough to me.
I noticed that 9 Innings Pro Baseball 2013 has several features that I am pretty sure originated in this game. Like the equipment that gives you bonuses for your hitters or pitchers has names that made their debut in MLBMO. Also, instead of having E-A defense and run rankings, they now have E-S rankings. It isn't that much of a difference, bit big enough to get recognized.
Fell free to comment on anything I said, and best wishes and good luck to all.
Waiting for another game like this to come along. Nothing out there is anything like mlb manager. Brushback and others just don't cut it for me. If something similar comes out I would sure like to know about it.
there is also smallball.com, its forum smallball.org
Basically you take control of a team you create, train the players and improve your teams overall star rating, and once your at a high enough skill level can compete in the proleagues, where you try to rise up in the proleagues to get the pro league 1. Its quite challenging to reach that high of a skill level but the game is pretty fun. Plus there are purchasable stadiums, and other quirks to make a better team since certain parks are better for certain teams
Not a single thing unfortunately! Playing a lot of smash and blast baseball on ESPN.com. I've also been spending all my recent paychecks on MLB division champs gear off Fansedge, haha. Their site is actually pretty cool, tons of MLB playoff / division champs stuff; cant wait until I can get my Cardinals WS shirt .
School means I havent had time to play anything like this so far. Just homework, school, and long walks with my dog. First time Ive looked here since June.
new game on facebook called mlb dream nine, very similar to mlbmo. If you want to join, i ask that you first send me a friend request (Cameron Moe), and say mlb dream nine, then i will invite you to play. That way, once you complete the tutorial i get a very special, rare player! thanks
