Signing up for PSO2

Can someone post the link to the "How to Guide" for registering a user name and password for PSO2? I've already done it, but I have a friend that wants to play. You still have to do this correct? Or is there an easier way?

If you've already done it, why not just tell your friend how to do it instead of having one of us make a guide for you?

Because it was months ago during beta? I don't remember what all I did. Thanks for the helpful input. All I was asking for was the link TO THE GUIDE. Anyways, I found it so don't worry yourself with it.

Problem 2: He signed up and everything was going fine and now he's getting this message:

Which is:
Environment has detected a change of play.

To play in this environment
Registration is required for e-mail authentication key.

He re-registered with another email and everything is working good.
