    Default Seeking a refund

    I bought Total War: Shogun 2 via Steam a week or two ago and after running into many random crashes and other technical problems, I would like to get a refund for this game. I made a post on the Steam forums and was told to come here to the Sega forums for my refund. Please respond to let me know what the process would be to do this. Thanks.
