How to fast Level up Units

Well I startes this thread because
I think there musst be a Trick to Level Units that I don't now because also at the beginning of a world when I got level 20 Monsters other got lv 40 Units


So: How would you Level up a Monster As far as possible?
Which lands would you attack(and when)?
Is there something that affects exp gain After battles?
Would you put the lv up Monster into a stronger Unit to Attack higher lv Lands?
If yes into which Kind or which Unit?
Are there Other possibilities to lv up fast?

For leveling fast:
- Attack the highest lv land that you can (so yes, put in an stroger unit)
- Attack only with full stamina
- With full stamina you can attack 3-4times per day (one each 6hours); do it every day

It is better to level your fully skilled mobs because synth success rate get worst when the mob level gets higher. But that will contradict your speed of leveling. Sega did a good job to balance it that way. Just have one high level mob as a trainer on high level land, your trainee will level up even it only has 1 MC.

Sorry to go off topic, but is this confirmed (synth success higher at lower levels when leveling up a skill)? I've been trying to find more information about this and most of what I've seen sounds anecdotal.

Just my gut feelings without data to support. It could be a coincidence. For this reason, I am in a dilemma whether to continue level my cards or skill up a brand new set of cards before leveling.

I just got 2 of my level 25 UC cards skills to level 7 after 4~5 failures on DP. So it seems like level does not have an impact on skill leveling. The experience got me the feeling that has an impact was learning a skill which I failed 3X to acquire the 1st skill using DP.
