Seems like it's an iOS exclusive. That's too bad, I'd have bought it right away if it was released for Android based mobiles.

It's not.
SEGA did the same for Sonic Jump, they released the App Store version before the Play Store one.
And also check http://sega.com (Sonic Dash) and you will see "Android" on the devices.

Seaside Hill mostly looks like Green Hill it seems. Also, what's with calling it Dash? It's just more boosting but with a different name. I'll go ahead and call it now though, the other playable characters will have no differences whatsoever from Sonic.
