And anyways, I'm guessing it's supposed to appeal to pre-teens. That's basically, Nickelodeon's entire target audience. Which isn't bad. Obviously there's a good enough audience to keep the shows on the air. And if you don't like it don't watch it.

I myself am entertained by the concept of DP. A ghost super hero. Yeah, they have been done before, but they aren't all too common. Still, if I rewound my age 5 years, I could see myself loving that show. So I guess it succeds at it's purpose: entertaining preteens.

What's so disappointing is that Nickelodeon used to have some awesome stuff. Their last EXCELLENT show was Invader Zim. It sucks that it got canned. But it was more for older audiences, and it was just one of the coolest, most bizarre cartoons I've ever seen. And it also had cool animation.
