    hi. can someone help me please. i have a new tablet and i am trying to restore my data. i can enter a password but when i try to enter my game id nothing shows up.

    Do you mean that you're not able to type the number in, or that when you enter the game ID and password it says there's no such account?

    yeah its the 12 digit game id i cant enter but i can type the password fine :S

    Probably something specific to your tablet. Do you have a bluetooth keyboard you can use to type the numbers?

    I know on my tablet, the cursor does not show that it is in the boxes to type the id. If you start typing tho it should enter the text. Hope this helps
