    Default Sonic game idea.

I think it owuld be cool if they mae a Sonci game where sonic has a Chaos emerald, and he is liek connected wihtthe "Dark" part of the chaos power, and the dark consumes him. Then, the dakr is always wiht him. It could be liek jak II, the dark sonic and light/neutral sonic, thtat would pwn.

Ripping off other games? Lame. Your spelling is still horrible btw.

I've lost the ability to tell which posts are jokes by snots, and which posts are just honest-to-goodness newbishness... So excuse me if I "didn't get it."

Problem 1: Shadow is dark. We already have that, and likely in a more appropriate form.

Problem 2: Heavy cliche, see: Narutard, Dark Hadou (Street Fighter), etc. Do we need to see it again?

Problem 3: Jak II was written like this because it was written like this. They took what they felt to be original for their Jak universe, and built a game on it. Sonic isnt going to get better with the "Let's copy everyone who is more successful than us" approach to game design. Taking that approach would simply make sure Jak II will always be better than Sonic.

I have a better idea. Sega hire some "writers" like the guys who write decent TV shows (see: David Slack, the guys from Mainframe Entertainment, or perhaps the guys who scripted Transformers the Movie), and then hire some fresh talent for Sonic Team. Sega needs better writing, and better game design. It's going to take a huge shake up to fix this little rut there are in. Sonic Adventure 1, 2, Heroes, Shadow, and even a few non-Sonic games all mostly look and play the same. By the time we hit Sonic Heroes, the obvious glithes and design flaws should have been worked out. They still arent.

What would be cool is if Sega could fix their story-telling methods, and their glitchy game engines.

You see SEGA doesn't rip off ideas from other games.

Calm down. It's concidered a problem to type quite that badly, because most people can't translate it into something useable. Yes, sometimes people are rude about it, but try to see it from their perspective. This is a public forum, and your spelling is preventing you from getting your ideas heard and questions answered. If you want people to listen, spelling is necessarily if you like it or not. Even if it means typing slower than normal. I admit people do get a bit... high-strung, but thats just because it's a bigger problem than people realize.

One thing I used to do that helped greatly, was I'd open Word or Works (or any word processor with a spell checker, Try Openoffice.org 2.0 if you don't have one), and I'd type my posts or emails in there first. After doing automated spell checks, and then briefly proof-reading, I just copy-and-pasted it into the text box. Sped up the "Can't-it-be-read" checking lol.

Try to remember, 210 words per minute is the equivalent of nothing if no one can/will read it.

If you don't know and/or care what I am talking about, then I suggest (if you are into Teen Titans) checking out the Teen Titans episode called "Stranded" sometime. It's an excellent episode with a theme of communication, and the ways we distance ourselves in our daily lives by trying to communicate on OUR terms. Something usually gets lost in translation when it's all about us, and we all do it. It's necessary viewing for any Titans fan, and valid viewing for anyone who doesn't "get it".
