Hey,
I have been a Sega lover & supporter since I got my first Genesis in 1995. I just sold my Nintendo Gamecube (because it's the most boring system in the world) and I've been playing my Dreamcast like there's no tomorrow. Just now am I noticing some problems with it.
1. Virtual On: Whatever Tangram isn't working at all. I put it in my Dreamcast, and it doesn't recognize the game. It knows it's there, but all of the game data is gone (aside from the music files). Even though I bought it at FunCoLand for like $1.20, it's :):):):)ing me off. P.S. I got it resurfaced recently...maybe the problem???
2. Where the heck can I find a VGA box and the broadband adapter? Everything just disappeared for the Dreamcast in the last year or two.
3. I can't find games anywhere, and I'm not sure I trust Ebay yet. Any suggestions?
So I went to the dark side by buying the stupidest console out there, the Gamecube, after Sega gave up on the Dreamcast. Now the question runs through my mind.......update my old dust-collecting Sega system, or buy a next-gen console like the PS3. I realize that most of the stuff for the Dreamcast is extremely outdated (like the lack of two analog sticks for those fun FPS games) and the graphics are barely better than the PSP.
Thanks to everyone who actually read this. Please help me in my time of need!
Tommy D.
btw, I've got 200 clams saved, with a birthday coming up!
