it shouldent since its using the same animation from the games animated cut scenes plus its just a ova so they should have a good budget as long as it does not end up being a anime series

If a game like Disgaea can get its anime dubbed, and also that ToS is one of the current most popular RPGs out (personally I believe the game is very overrated, people need to play other kinds of RPGs), let alone GameCube games, it's probably a safe bet Namco will get it here.
