so, without this regulations im pretty much screw for the online part of the game? does it work on system link without them?
It should work on the offline mode - thus system link shouldn't be a problem.
Do the people at SEGA even look at this boards?? An official statement wouldn't hurt. Will the PS3 regulation server ever go back online?? will we ever be able to get regulation files & updates?? Can FROM Software or the PSN do anything about this?? A concerned costumer & gamer
