Anyone else have controller issues with this game?

Finally! There's a patch for the game, took them long enough...but wait. It didn't fix the controller problem But at this point I can't say that I'm surprised.

I give up! If I could I would return the game and get my money back and buy another game, but it's to late now. You win SEGA

Is this even being addressed? I am stuck on the Black Lake Lodge level, right after I examined the explosive device. Now the only thing that works is the start button, the X button, and the left stick. I can't swing or used the D-pad, which makes the entire fighting aspect of the game very difficult.

Is there a patch in the works? Does anyone actually care?

this is a fu(king joke, ive rented this game out and spent hours trying to complete it and now this has happened to me also. This was going to potentially be the first game ive completed in years and to fall short like this is disguisting!
