So I don't get it, what is special about collecting the red skulls? What do you get? I''m lost?

I own the PS3 version, or is this only applicable to XBOX 360 and to get those achievement point items?

i know on 360 you get achievements.

I only found one red skull, when you infiltrate in the enemy base camp I found one, so it's possible that all are in this points, they are no easy to found, hope the reward is more than a word of congratulations
