Please keep sending your complaints - I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney's Office about the lack of support and that fact the game is not working...

Be sure to file a complaint yourself - Sega may think $29.95 is no big deal, but try and explaining to a ten year old who purchased the game himself..

We have no recourse and Sega needs to first it or refund our money....
