    Default PSO EP. I&II on Wii

    I know that Sega shut down the old server. This has been made amply clear on the Nintendo forums, where the only response to questions about whether or not they will implement a work-around for allowing PSOers online using a Wii instead of an old Gamecube and Broadband Adapter. My question is: Will Sega allow Nintendo to create such a work-around?

    Naturally, there is already a large population of people who would love to see the return of the old server, but even without Sega saying that they will revive the old PSO servers, permitting us to use the Wii to get online with our old copies of PSO would be wonderful.

    Well, yes I would like to see it on the Wii, but even if it never comes about there will always be Phantasy Star Zero for the DS. You can connect thru wifi to play with other people : http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewforum.php?f=43

    i can do wifi with the wii. thats kool, but will there be another online fee, if so. its so worth it^^

    As far as I know there will be no fee to play PSZero through wifi. My son imported the JP version and he is able to play with others already.

    There are no plans to bring back the Gamecube servers for Nintendo Wii. Sorry . But as others have said, we do have Phantasy Star Zero coming, which should hopefully scratch your PSO itch.

    Is there a release date for Phantasy Star Zero in America yet?
    Some people never forget what has happened to them or their close friends/family. As for the ones that do, it is because they are full of greed, and they can't stop thinking about themselves. People like that need to die.
