All right, I'm gonna make this as short and sweet as possible, considering that these are the kind of discussions I try to avoid. One, you have no place calling TSC "one of the most corrupt Sonic forums on the internet". You got into a petty argument with one of the most respected members there and got PO'd when no one agreed with you. You stated on numerous occasions that your singular purpose for being there was, in fact, only to get that user demoted by manipulating their anger with your harsh words and arguments. This whole freedom of speech thing is stupid, too. Welcome to the internet, where people won't always like the things you have to say. And you weren't acting like a Sonic fan at all. You were slandering the series and company at every turn, and when that wasn't enough you did that to some of our users, too. You weren't "constantly chided", and one should always be mindful of following the admin's set rules. Just like the awsome admins here at SoA we have some awesome admins over at TSC who only ask that you be respectful, and when you're not, well, this is what happens. It's unfair of you to attack our community like this, when your only purpose to be there in the first place was to bring us down anyway. Of course we wouldn't welcome you.

If any mods here see this as unnecessary, please feel free to take down my post and send me a message about it. I just feel really strongly about this and don't want anyone to be drawn away from TSC because of something like this.

It wasn't numerous times I claimed I wanted to get others demoted, it was once. And I claimed it simply because of foolish posters. Stupid people who had nothing better than to post crap toward other members. In any case, it was more sarcastic than anything, just no one picked this up. But my main purpose was to post about why I disagreed with Sonic and I've been doing that since day one until someone disrespected me under the administration's radar.

You may have not liked what I said, but I am a Sonic fan, just not a modern day one, and I'm out to make a stance to bring back the golden days. Honestly, if I weren't a Sonic fan, do you think I would be wasting my time here or elsewhere? I have my views on Snic and I post accordingly to my opinion.

You speak out against me, but I can't speak out against the community? That's hypocrisy. Unfortunately for you all here, I can bash all I want about your unfairness since I'm no longer stuck in the turmoil of your totalitarian forum. Like you said, the internet is a place for freedom of speech. So I'm just using your argument and throwing it back at you.

I slander where slander is needed. You guys slandered me behind my back. I retaliated, only I did it to you directly. I never said anything toward a member at your forum until that one admin said something disrespectful to me. That's when it started. And when I'm disresected, I speak for my rights.

The reason why I spammed is because I wanted to make my point that I wasn't going to go easily. That was part of your fault considering how you've constantly claimed that I should have been banned much earlier for posting this so-called "slander." Spamming was my retaliation.

I defend my rights. I have an opinion, and I can speak it. And now a member here, you can't do anything about it. Trouble may approach me, but I'm sure the administration here won't ban me for such a foolish action.

And after I got banned, I looked at the forum. And don't tell me that you didn't "chide" me behind my back. You were all slanderous behind my back. You had a whole thread about how joyous you were to have me leave (for simply speaking my opinion).

I can speak my opinion about TSC. There should be no one willing to take that away. Feel strongly you may, but I feel strongly about my opinion, and you all took that away.

You are so misinformed it baffles me. First of all, you don't even know me... Please find those quotes and prove it. I joined the forum to post Sonic. My initial views may have changed somewhat due to the fact it was me and Plixey against the whole forum. And that's the fact I didn't even know I was a problem. So my views may have changed, but for the two years I've been there my posts were about Sonic, and my intentions were about changing Sonic from what it is today. And I've joined this forum for the same purose of discussing Sonic (bashing STC is just happens to be an extra luxury, as I said demoting Mly was an extra luxury to me defending my point). The words I insert in paranthesis do not indicate that I joined STC to demote Mly, but rather that it happened to be a periphial ideal after my initial cause of joining to post about Sonic (let's not forget the administration could have easily promoted Mly and I would still argue for the point of defense in my argument). In any case, the quotes you choose are not likely to claim my offense of your forum as the central theme. My central theme was my valid points of view about Sonic.

Yes, anyone can be radical in their beliefs, but you didn't allow me to be at the forum. In fact, no one mentioned of any problem until Mly came (who I didn't even know was an administrator because he was so rude). I was never given a single personal warning from the administration about my actions (prior to this encounter with Mly), so I never felt I was doing any wrong. Even if I were, I was speaking my opinion as everyone has a right to. If the forum doesn't promote speech different from the common core of administrators, it is of totalitarian, plain and simple. That's what it is. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, its just what STC sadly has become.

Again, no one formally approached me in a kind manner to tell me to stop posting my views. It was all hate speech, so none of the administrators tried to solve any problems as an administrator. Their only concern was likely trying to get rid of me. So even if you claim I was trying to demote Mly (which was not the central core of my ideals), is getting rid of me the proper thing administration should do rather than mediate the problem or ask me to tone down my so-called actions in a nice way? As people, banning me is what they wanted they wanted to do (simply because they disagreed), but as administrators that's not how you handle a problem in a fair and ethical manner for this specific situation.

You can throw the spamming part out of your argument. I only spammed after I was chided at and denounced in a thread slandering my name (can't remember who made it, but others agreed inclding you). Again, I was never approached that any problem had occurred. I defended myself in the manner I chose to and you guys apparently thought it was funny. I was not given a proper say or tolerance at the forum to begin with.

Furthermore, you claim I've been so rude to members, but it was members, such as you who swore at me and called me out using vulgar language. Freedom of speech, yes I know, but don't call me out when you mouth is tainted more than mine. Again, my speech was directly about Sonic and how I felt the game should change. My posts changed after a fateful encounter with Mly, but even then I defended my view in my regards. It wasn't posts attacking anyone; rather it was posts defending myself.

I joined the forum to talk about Sonic, plain and simple. There's no easy way to tell you otherwise. And that's what I wanted to continue to do until rudeness came to me. When people don't respect me, I do what I have to do. And when no one tries to formally ask me stop doing something politely, I continue to do my actions as I consider them acceptable.

Regardless of whether you were joyous of my opinion not to be heard, you were joyous I was gone, and I happen to be part of my opinion.

Again, there was no formal message from the administration telling me of my fault, and therefore I maintained my position in discussing Sonic from my point of view. Furthermore, the administration formally attacked me (whether you conveniently left this out I don't know...). That is clearly the sign of an administration who contradicts administrative roles, and who does not approach matters with fairness. Again, if this is the community you want to be a part of, so be it. They have a right to run the forum any way they choose, but again I have a right to speak against it.

I never said you couldn't defend your precious forum. Go ahead and defend it. It was a great forum until I found it was led by tyrants who like to stir controversy rather than end it (prime example is making a thread to narrate the whole problem with the forum and call me out within it; and the thread that was made after my ban). If I was such a problem (which I find illogical to begin with) they should have warned me. Much after the fact (which I unknowingly had no clue of any fault), they kept me around just to amuse you guys (as the admins said).

Let's remember how the whole thing started: Mly, the admin being disrespectful to me. Signs of poor leadership there. Administrators are supposed to be leaders who end problems in a fair and ethical way, not make them bigger. Your administration has failed to do this not only on my part but on Mly' and Plixey's. If anything had ever happened beforehand due to my actions, I was never notified of the case.

Personally, I have nothing against you, member of TSC. I respect you as I respect the administrators of TSC. What I don't respect is the way the administration handles problems without equity or fairness. And this is what I speak out against. Furthermore, it's not best to leave a position where everyone is against you, because leaving a place doesn't promote change for fairness and equity. Rebelling can.
